Swimsuits giving Method
The CHEATING way
You can also use the "sign out" trick (see Casino Trick) while giving swimsuits to your target girls. After giving swimsuits, just simply "Sign Out" before the "Now Loading...." message dissapears. If you bring the menu on time, you will be able to sign out after she rejected your suit, reload the game, and have the suit and her love level intact :D This way you can always keep trying until she finally accepted your suit ;)
Here is the step by step method :
1. Give her at least 3-4 love gifts until she started opening your gifts in front of you
2. Use the same suit you are giving to her
3. Wrap the suit with her favorite colors
4. Stay in the same hotel as her
5. Once you are ready, give the suit and QUICKLY get ready to sign out.
6. If she rejected the suit, simply sign out and TRY AGAIN. Each time, the result may vary, so even if she rejected your suit, you can just reload the game and keep trying until she accepted the suit !! So its totally random and down to luck. (Maybe this is why no one ever managed to come up with a 100% guaranteed method.)

The Normal Way
If you dont feel like cheating (which i suggest you do anyway, because the game is too damn frustating :P), here is the basic method to give Kasumi/ Kokoro / Leifang to wear any suits you like.
Day 1-3:
Keep giving the target girl at least 1-2 love items / day. By the end of Day 3 or 4 she will probably give you a gift at the hotel....no need to take action just yet though, just keep giving her love items and continue as normal.
Day 4:
Play at least 1 volleyball against her and send another gift. You must win the volleyball match to raise her confidence !! If you lose...well you might as well start from the beginning. It's better than wasting your money to re-wrap the gifts..
Day 5:
It's the same as day 4...play volleyball against her (must win) and send another gift
DAY 6:
Hopefully she will send you ANOTHER gift at the hotel..Now it's time to take action. On the next following day, just give her your suit, wrapped in her FAVORITE color and keep your fingers crossed....hopefully she'll accept it :D
Some notes:
1. Be sure to wrap your gifts with the target's favorite colors (see "Favorite Colors" below")
2. Make sure to win the volleyball matches agaist them, not losing !!!!
3. DO NOT send any gifts at night !!!
4. This method may not work for all girls as i only have tested this with Kokoro, Leifang and Kasumi. It works for me 3 times in a row.

IMPORTANT NOTES!!!!!!!!
After you do the step above, restart the vacation, and start as your target girl....you might need to WAIT a day until you can get back to the hotel to pick up the swimsuits from her collection.

Kasumi - Milky Pink
Lei Fang - Canary Yellow (Light yellow/sunshine yellow)
Helena - Pearl White
Hitomi - Sky Blue
Kokoro - Orange
